After a long day of protecting freedom, Ms. Captain America (Miss Gia Love), is lounging on the couch in her apartment when she hears a knock at the door. She hears a voice that says that she has a package. It sounds like her delivery man so she tells him to come in. When she looks up she sees someone she's never seen before holding a package. The person takes off their delivery guy disguise and reveals that it's Latexia, "Greatest super villainess ever!", (Goddess Valora).

Ms. Captain America tells this evil doer to leave her apartment at once, but Latexia has other plans. She reaches into the box and asks Ms. Captain America if she wants to see what came for her in the mail. Ms. Captain America tells her no, but it doesn't matter because Latexia pulls out the Gem of Kariessh, an ancient gem that its victims into thinking that they want to be tied up! Ms. Captain America acts quickly with her shield to deflect the rays, but it's no use as the gem blows the shield and Ms. Captain America to the ground. Ms. Captain America climbs back onto the couch, drowsy and confused, as she confesses to Latexia that she suddenly feels the need to be tied up.

We next see Ms. Captain America in a hogtie, blissfully dumb from the spell she's under. Latexia tells her that she'll love being ball gagged as well and ties it into her mouth. After Ms. Captain America is secured and gagged, Latexia tells her that she's going to her but when she does, Ms. Captain America will be really really mad. Oh and Latexia also tells her that she's going to steal all of the packages that actually came for her! Latexia uses her eyes to break the spell and Ms. Captain America becomes steaming mad as Latexia laughs and runs off!

Ms. Captain Marvel bucks and struggles against the ropes as she muffles her angry cries into her ball gag. As she's struggling, her all American tits pop out of her skimpy, skin tight uniform. Our hero twists and turns all over the floor as she tries to break free from her captive state. Ms. Captain America slowly squirms her way out of the tie. Ankles first, then wrists. After she escapes, she takes the ball gag out and goes on the hunt for Latexia!
