Until you finally catch up on paying rent I will do everything I can to stink up the place. I might come in when you are resting and put my feet in your face. I could hide my socks in here somewhere to really stink up the place. You'd never find them, but you'd be able to smell them. I can rub these stinky feet all over your clean clothes, everything in your kitchen, you'd smell my stinky feet everywhere and eventually you will break and beg me to stop. You'll pay if it means you didn't have to smell my stinky feet anymore!

Take a sniff of these toes, this is just a taste of what you will deal with. You can either pay me now and avoid all of this or you can try to see how long you can hold out before the smell is too much and you pay me anyway. The choice is yours!
