The dude got his nickname because he always leaves his victims heavily and extremely taped up. They appear almost to have been bound with silver webbing. He always leaves the girls the same way – hogbound on the deck and blindfolded as well and being gigantically stuffed and face wrapped. The ladies don’t have a chance against him, as Miss Monaco will shortly discover!

Suddenly, a man is in the room with her, and he’s packing. Charlie is a tough, brave spirit and gives shim a lot of mouth while he binds her hand and foot – web-like.
