This is a competitive inter-gender wrestling match with one caveat; in each round the man starts off trapped in some type of scissor hold.

There are 5 rounds, each round is 2 and a half minutes (150 seconds)

1 Point is awarded to the fighter judged to dominate each round.

1 Point is awarded to a fighter if they have their opponent trapped in a scissor hold, choke hold, or have them pinned to the floor at the end of the round.

3 Points is awarded to a fighter if they make their opponent submit or tap-out.

The starting holds of the five rounds are:

1. Front Headscissor

2. Reverse Headscissor

3. Rear Naked Choke

4. Schoolgirl Pin

5. Figure-4 Headscissor from Behind

Andrea has a background in volleyball and currently spends time lifting weights for exercise, especially working out her legs (leg press, squats, inner thigh machine, leg extensions).
