Are you a fan of wrist braces? This clip is for you then. I have carpal tunnel in my right hand and often need to wear a wrist brace to limit movement. In this video, I apply wrist braces to both of my wrists and talk about them. I then remove them and add a pair of biking gloves before reapplying the wrist braces.
