  • Plot: just some quality time with stepmom. Drea comes in extremely bloated beyond belief and desperately needs to relax. She begins by describing how much she ate and how full it made her, while hiccupping, and as she moves around her shirt continuously rises up exposing her belly button, causing her to have to pull it back down. She jokes about how you can see her belly button, and uses her shirt to play peekaboo with her belly button, then tickles it a bit before covering it up and finishing her story. She asks if he wants to come play with her belly and teases him about it a bit. She undoes her belt and unzips her pants finally finding some relief. Drea is huge and keeps talking about how bloated she is. She shows off how far she can push her belly out and make herself look pregnant. She sucks in air to push her belly out as far as possible before letting it back down, inviting her stepson to look at it, pretending to pull a plug from her belly button before deflating. 
  • The second part of the video is just soft ASMR of Drea inviting her stepson to lay down on her belly and relax with her and listen to it. She asks “would you like to listen to my belly? Okay.” and brings him over close. In a POV style looking up at Drea’s face and big pushed out belly and belly button, she mimics stroking the cameras hair and cheeks, burping, absent-mindlessly cleaning out her belly button a little bit, resting a hand on her bloated belly.   Sounds of her belly gurgling in the background. She rubs it absent-mindedly
  • The video ends with her noticing her stepson is getting tired and asking if he’d like to go to on her belly. She strokes his hair and hums softly while it fades to black.
