Little Supergirl (Terra Mizu) is the last of her Justice League pals to be captured. Latexia likes to add insult to injury so while Supergirl is bound in Kryptonite rope, Latexia is using her mind control powers to turn her into a personal slave on live TV! She gets Supergirl to agree to be her personal slave in order to free the rest of the League.
