Last time we went a little easy on us, but this time we are doing the proper strength contest. We do lap sitting with the heel raised off the ground so that the partner’s weight is on our calves.
Alanna is very thin and weak, but her determination is admirable.
First, it’s my turn and I have no problem holding Alanna in my lap. I feel my calves, but I feel like I could do this forever.
When it’s Alanna’s turn you can see her skinny legs shaking and she can’t catch her balance. She is struggling but she is determined to last as long as possible.
We are doing two rounds and although this is a competition we are laughing a lot and having a wonderful time. I encourage Alanna to last even longer.
Alanna is afraid of heights, but since I won, I choose her punishment and I chose to carry Alanna on my shoulders. She is scared but has to agree. I even try to do a few shallow squats with her on my shoulders.
