Now for a tough, butch cowboy, Scooter has really good looking feet. They're soft and supple - not rough and callused as you might expect from your typical cowpoke. So if you're really into foot tickling, this clip is for you. I gave Scooter what is probably the best pedicure I've ever done. Indeed, his well-formed toes are a delight to behold, and ready for a long stretch of extended foot tickling. The fun begins with the quill end of the feather examining every square inch of Scooter's tender soles in search of all of his ticklish spots. As you might imagine, his feet abound with them, and none escape the ticklish sensations brought on by the relentless tip of the quill as he laughs and laughs. But that's not all, the quill end also seeks the soft and sensitive spaces between each toe making his toes scrunch & curl forward, then flex backward with each tender stroke of the quill. Light strokes make him whimper and moan, while increased pressure makes him burst out laughing. This relentless on-again, off-again action over an extended period of time finally makes him cry out "I'm going to go insane if you don't stop! Help, help - somebody help!" Next, the frawns of the feather work their magic all over his feet, but are particularly effective when drawn back and forth between his toes occasioning repeated exclamations: "Not the toes - not the toes! You'll delight hearing him cackle in a low register when the feather is twisted between his toes. His tormentor plays with Scooter's mind when he orders him to perform impossible tasks - or suffer another 10 minutes of tickling. Some of the tasks are: "Say the pledge of Allegiance backwards," or, "Where did you hide the secret formula?" To be sure, foot tickling addicts are going to love this clip.
