Muffin Top (mp4)
This is a candid, honest clip about my belly and the weight I’ve accidentally managed to gain over the last few months. I found a pair of old yoga pants buried in my drawer last week. At first I was excited, but then I became quickly dismayed when I tried them on. Sure, they fit, but they keep sliding down on my belly, giving me terrible muffin top.
“I can’t wear these out in public,” I thought. “They emphasize my fat pooch too much. What am I going to do? Maybe I should just throw them out.”
I asked a friend’s advice, expecting her to tell me I look fine and to stop worrying, but that was not the case. Is my muffin top really that noticeable? What do you guys think?
