Iron Ivy reps out her calves to the point of failure
Iron Ivy is doing simple calf raises. Up she goes, and down she comes. Her calf muscles contract, then they slacken. The skin covering her Achilles tendons gets white with the effort. She does dozen and dozens. They are completely jacked. She pauses, stretches and then does many dozens more, twice as fast as she normally.
