You're loking for motivation, guidance and encouragement. In this intro to my guidance, I have a very natural look and vibe as I allow you to feel comfort and offer ways to groeth. You want to be cared for, vulnerable and open, so we start with cleansing  breaths and relaxation. We will be using mental visualizations, breathing, and my soft voice to provide an ASMR type dive into the psyche and setting intentions. We will be talking about validating your own feelings, allowing yourself vulnerability, and that using our softer side to tap into what we need and how we can best be ourselves. I spent a long time learning this for myself- diving into my emotions and needs, learning to set goals I wanted, and allowing my locust of control to be internal instead of always looking for societal acceptance. By listening to me and giving yourself that space you can reach your goals. We discuss your own personal goals, not feel guilty about the things we want, and dropping criticism in changing any negative actions or habits that no longer serve us. My encouragement and positivity will help you feel more equipped, positive about yourself, supported, and hav a better life. thank you for joinging me in creating a more positive life for yourself and giving me the ability to guide you.
