My apple struggles to get under the tight band as I try to swallow. I'm finding pleasure in the oxygen restriction, and the veins on my forehead are starting to swell. The arms then take the ribbon off and close around my neck. The thumbs are above my apple and are sinking into my skin. Whenever my apple bounces up and down, I feel the fingertips on it. The hands tighten the grip, and I sigh with pleasure, asking for more.
