Van the practice dummy is getting to be a master at the art of submitting to GiaJitsu techniques. GiaJitsu focuses on foot smothering and wrestling. In his third class, Van encounters submission sisters, Gia and Lia. The teachers start out in gi uniforms to enforce their black-hearted evil on this student. Van shows up late and is immediately thrown in a judo technique to the floor, bare feet shoved in his face to rub the sweaty scent on him. Soon after, the student is hog-tied, humiliated, and photographed. Chalk another brutal beating down even after Van squirms and screams for his life, as Gia and Lia are hell-bent on scissoring, choking, kicking, punching, whipping, foot smothering and worshipping, and trampling Van the Man!
