Break dancing- many of us picture big, explosive movements on the floor, flips, and other insane feats of strength. At the base of it all are FOUNDATION moves, and we will go over a few. If you haven't watched the PREPARING FOR BREAK DANCING video yet, I strongly advise you to do so before watching this video. At the end, we will have a basic combination containing all of the moves we have learned in Part 1 and Part 2. Once you have the basics down, play around and find ways to make them your own!
