Maya recently started her internship In the clinic. She has been helping out by cleaning equipment. However, while she was cleaning the casting frame she fell off a chair and hurt her ankle. She had to be taken to the Doctor by one of her co-workers. She learns that she had fractured her ankle. A short leg cast is applied. But Maya co-workers have a plan for her that she is not aware of. Once the casting process is complete, Maya wakes up. The owners tell her of the plan and ask her to cooperate. They will give her a share of the money they receive from the Insurance Company. But Maya knows it is an illegal fraud. She doesn't want to participate in the insurance scam. She protests but there is no one around to help her. And she is helpless herself the way she is casted.
