Scooter's torment continues as this segment focuses upon his upper body. You see, not only does he have ticklish feet, but there are also other areas to be explored - like his ribs, pectorals and armpits which receive mucho attention before we introduce you to his nipples. Indeed, his nipples are a source of great interest and entertainment - especially when they receive a dab of lubricant before being ravished. "No, No! I can't take that," he cries, but to no avail while his nipples are tickled and tickled. Watch him thrash about, arch his back and bounce up and down in a futile attempt to escape. But little does he know that the electric toothbrush is about to be applied to his ticklish nipples - and when it hits the spot, all Hell breaks loose as Scooter writhes and screams "No, No more, No more - Ahhhhhhhhh Ha Ha Ha Ha!" But hold, that's not the end of it: the toothbrush wends its way into his ticklish armpits, then back to his nipples, and on into his ticklish bellybutton. The scene closes with a round of heavy finger tickling all over his ribs, pectorals and armpits. And when his tormentor finally relents, Scooter arrogantly brags about how much he liked being tickled. But experienced ticklers have ways of dealing with braggarts and smart-asses who always get their comeuppance, and Scooter's ticklish feet will pay the price for his impudent bragging in Part 3 of this series which you must see to believe!
