This was a custom order, I thought it would be a nice challenge at the beginning for the year. But man, it was a very difficult one! Here's the scenario I got : "20 minute intense workout video. Rotate through the following exercises in any order you choose: Burpees, mountain climbers, lunges, jump squats, jumping jacks, flutter kicks. A sports bra and panties or workout shorts are fine, whatever you are comfortable in. My main request is no cuts in the video or background music. I know you'll get tired, I like to see that and I like to hear you struggle and breathe heavy. Added a tip as you asked for, hope it is an appropriate amount. I'm excited to see you push yourself through a hard workout like this. Don't forget a glass of water in case you need it."
