Here is another NEW episode within the 'ankle stalker' realm of custom-commissioned projects, featuring Hollywood as a notorious 'ankle stalker,' roaming around targeting beautiful women, hobbling them for her own nefarious purposes. Recently Detective Rachel Adams has been put on the case to stop Hollywood, and as laid a trap for her. Moving into a house in a neighborhood recently targeted by Hollywood, Rachel goes undercover, posing as an newly-moved-in executive, the perfect bait to lure Hollywood in.

We open one day as Detective Adams walks up from her car, noticing Hollywood lurking down the road. As Detective Adams continues to make her way toward the house, Hollywood seemingly gets closer and closer, eyeing her from a distance. Once inside, Detective Adams goes into the kitchen and grabs some water, before sitting down in the living room. But something is wrong! Soon Detective Adams feels out of sorts, eventually realizing something isn't right, but is too far gone to do anything about it as she crashes to the floor.

Later, we see Detective Adams come around. She finds herself HANDCUFFED with her own cuffs! Looking around, she see's Hollywood seated nearby. Hollywood revels in the fact that she knew all about Detective Adams and the sting operation she setup. Hollywood countered it with an ambush of her own! Knowing she'll have some time with Detective Adams before any help or backup arrives, Hollywood makes Detective Adams her next victim! Starting slowly, Hollywood twists, turns, and yanks on Detective Adams ankle, injuring it. Over and over she twists and turns it, as Detective Adams cries out in pain and anguish. Over and over again, Hollywood bends Detective Adams ankle in inventive ways, her to scream out in pain, including putting her in a figure-four leg lock, putting pressure on her injury. It all becomes too much for Detective Adams, who eventually goes out.

Coming around, Detective Adams doesn't see Hollywood anywhere. She crawls up to a nearby chair, but soon Hollywood returns, dumping her back onto the floor, and her ankle even more. A break for Detective Adams, as when she's dumped on the floor, she notices a safety pin, quickly scooping it up with her cuffed hands with Hollywood noticing. Hollywood her ankle until she's out again, leaving her laid out and cuffed on the floor. When Detective Adams comes around, she uses the safety pin to unlock the cuffs. With Hollywood returning, Detective Adams plays possum, until she ambushes Hollywood, tackling her to the floor. They roll around trading pins, until Detective Adams is able to get the upperhand and handcuff and subdue Hollywood. Sitting in the chair, Detective Adams calls it in, but is unnerved by Hollywood's nefarious look on her face. Does she know something Detective Adams doesn't?
