Description
So this is what I do every night before I go to bed. First I wash my hands. Then I wash my face with a face wash a recently purchased. I love it! It has little exfoliating beads and leaves my skin so soft and moisturized. Not dry like others usually do. Once I am finished scrubbing my face I splash luke warm water on it to wash it off. I dry my face off with my bath towel. Now it's time to clean my teeth. I take my tooth pick and pick each and every tooth. I floss as I look in the mirror. Then when I am done I brush my teeth. I brush my teeth, tongue and upper palate for a good three minutes. You get to see a lot of spit at one point. I brush my tongue really good again. I rinse my mouth out a bunch of times. Then I take my mouth wash and swoosh it back and forth in my mouth. It stings a bit. While I am swooshing it in my mouth I take this time to pee. The stream is pretty loud. When I am done peeing I spit the mouth wash out. Then, last but not least, I blow my nose really hard. I always do that before I leave the bathroom. It's an extremely loud blow, you'll see lol. Ahhh all brushed, clean and ready for bed, it's late. I hope you enjoyed getting to experience my getting 'ready for bed' routine.
