As a professional Domme, Macy Nikole isn't used to being a captive, and it shows.  Right now she is gagged tightly, tied up and wondering what her new client is going to do.  Apparently this client had all their references check out, but their references were not real and so now Macy was in trouble. She cried real tears as she was, for once in her life, completely out of control. 

When her sobbing got too loud, another gag was tied over her mouth completely. This kept her completely silent in the room as well as outside. She was told they were waiting for transportation.  Macy wasn't told where they were going, but she probably wasn't going to like the destination.
