Blondie, a former member of the Pop Patrol, has a dark side. Her hatred for her former leader Black Balloon girl has festered into a vindiction to take away everything Black Balloon girl holds dearest - her favorite Balloon Girls. She used to be a leader as well, and was the most technically savvy of the clones. 

It all begins when Indigo begins to investigate Blondie's warehouse space - it looks so familiar to their headquarters that she may be on to a clue! But it was too late, Indigo fell into one of Blondie's traps and winds up bound on the floor with a steady flow of air filling her up more and more. 

Black Balloon girl realizes something happened to Indigo, after all she always returns her calls! She sends Bombshell, the most ditsy blonde balloon girl after her to save Indigo. Perhaps that wasn't the wisest decision.. As Blondie searches for Indigo, Indigo gets more and more full of air until she's on the brink of popping. Blondie set a trap that whenever the door to the room Indigo is in opens, Indigo gets popped immediately! She worries Bombshell has no hope of saving her and outsmarting the trap, but at the rate she's going she'll pop either way. 

Bombshell hears her cries for help and to her dismay, opens the door and sees Indigo explode before her very eyes. Then Blondie comes over the intercom, humiliating her and giving her an ultimatum that will end in a pop either way - to Blondie's satisfaction. What devious plans does she have in store for Black Balloon girl and the Pop Patrol?
