In this video, an experienced fighter – Sonya, will show self-defense techniques for girls and talk about the vulnerabilities of opponents. First, she will show such classic karate techniques as: kicking technique – Mae Geri, Yoko Geri, Mawashi Geri, Kin Geri, as well as some punches.
To do this, she invited opponents, first she will show how to deal with two opponents, and in the second part of the video she will prove that her techniques are effective even in the event of an attack by three people.
