Luna is locked up in Nursery Prison, under the watchful eye of the "warden", Mr. Bear; where there's no escape for naughty girls who won't accept that they belong in diapers.  Heavy duty mittens and booties, as well as a magnetically locked, tamper-proof diaper cover ensure there's literally nothing she can do to escape from her padded predicament.  Luna futilely squirms and struggles until her slutty nature gets the better of her.  She pleads with Mr. Bear that she'd do anything to be let go, cuddling and grinding against him in the hopes of release.  This kind of inappropriate behavior makes it clear why she needs to be kept locked in diapers, permanently.  Needless to say, her efforts to convince the warden don't at all yield the result she wanted.
