In this custom video,

I wasn't expecting company, but since i already had gotten started with my high kicking practice, I suppose i can show you some of my best moves. Of course every high kicking session should start off with some good stretching! I love resting my foot up on something above my waist level, keeping my leg straight and folding over my torso for a deep hamstring stretch. then, throwing a leg up and straight and as high as i can!! I do it over and over again playing with all sorts of styles of kicks and high kicks. You are pretty lucky to get your own private show from such a passionate and practiced high kicker ;)
