I haven't weighed in for you since May of last year (2019) and I want to show you what I gained through the year and how I'm starting off 2020. Of course I first have to tell you all the things I have been noticing to clue me into my own weight gain. My body and lifestyle have definitely changed and I love it! It takes a couple of tries to get my scale to work- I mean I am really pushing the limit on it after all. Once a number appears, I am shocked! I knew I gained but the number was bigger than when I had recently weighed myself privately. I grab my bag of chips and sugary soda as I discuss this new weight and throw out a number I'd like to see on the scale by the end of 2020.
