Id like you to exercise in this outfit, walk up and down very fast or even jog if you can. All the time i'd like you to be smoking 4 cigarettes at a time. Id like you to smoke the first 4 while jogging across the room and doing jumping jacks. this section should take about 10 minutes. Then i'd like you to light another 4 cigarettes and do 5 minutes of fast cardio while smoking. For smoking style i'd like you to take deep drags and multiple inhales. For camera angel, i'd like it to me similar to the "bouncy curves" video. I want to be able to see you head to toe. After you do the cardio part, i'd like you to take off your heels revealing your black toe nails." Enjoy!
