After getting superpowers from the Super Soldier Serum, GIANT-X,  Ricky Larkin has been testing out his new powers with Dr. Shrouder from Starr Labs.   He's bullet-proof and can lift a car.  Ricky is amazed at what the serum results are.   But the Doctor wants to push it... go further... It's just because Ricky is the only one who has survived it.  After thinking about it, He decides to take another cycle of the super serum.  Who knows, maybe he'll be able to fly.  The doctor gives him another shot, and then into the meta chamber... but this stuff is too powerful.  Ricky bursts through the chamber and then looks for the Doc.  He wants more.  Ricky has become a mad man.  craving the power the serum has bestowed on him.

Soon he has more and he's bigger than skyscrapers.  Oh my!  That's a large powerful man.  And isn't he a superhero?  If the Doctor knew the Serum would have adverse effects... was he to blame?
