SCENE 1: DIAPHRAGM COMPRESSION WITH HARD RECOVERY
I put my fingers on my sternum and say to Alexa that I want her full weight there. I suck in my belly as far as I can and hold my breath. Alexa places her heel right under my fingers and push down full weight, and she is on her toes with her other foot. I hold my breath for 1 minute. After 1-minute Alexa tells me to breathe but she stays on me one-foot full weight as I recover, taken 3 breathes in and out.
We repeat this two more times for a total of 3 times, Alexa is not stepping of me in-between times.
Brief breathing break.

SCENE 2: BELTED CONTRACTIONS AND GASPING
I have a very tight belt around my belly. Alexa tells me to blow out air from my lungs loudly and hold my breath, then HOM me for 90 seconds. After 90 seconds, Alexa allows me 5 breathes in and out. My belly contracts and I am gasping for air. I want more, and Alexa HOM me again for 90 seconds. After that, she gives me 5 breathes in and out, and then HOM me for 2 minutes.

SCENED 3: UP TO THE END OF THE CLIP
HOMs with only a quick gasp to release bad air then Alexa immediately HOM me again for 1 minute.
