Sumiko is looking over the past list of clients she just won over behind her rival Tilly's back when Tilly come storming in and demands to know why in the world the elderly couple she was supposed to close with ended up going with Sumiko instead! Sumiko tries to close her folder and tries to play it off like nothing is going on, but Tilly happens to glance inside it and notices that Sumiko stole all her clients!

Tilly becomes enraged and tries to get the folder back from Sumiko, but Sumiko won't give it up without a fight! The tug of war gets ugly and soon the two of them get into a hectic catfight that spills out all over the room and they end up tearing each other's clothes off and strip each other naked in the process of trying to tear away each other's bodies and hair!

The brawl gets nastier and it comes to a point where Tilly gets a hold of the folder and rips the papers up right in Sumiko's face as Sumiko is defeated and pleading naked and broken on the floor! Guess that will show Sumiko what happens when you mess with Tilly's realtor clients for the time being!
