It seems Principal Baxter has found himself in a world of trouble with Brat girl bully Karlie. She runs this school and had some of her goon classmates tie Principal Baxter up outside his office. He apparently has been trying to get Karlie into trouble for smoking and her grades by attempting to put her in detention. Karlie decides to turn the tables and teach this old pervert a lesson.

She has him outfitted with a gag ashtray and lights up a cigarette right in front of him and relentlessly blows smoke in his face and ashes in the device. Made to inhale her second hand smoke, he squirms about but he is tightly bound and not going anywhere soon! Karlie taunts and teases him with tickling, showing off her high heels and legs, and basically informing him that from now on she will do as she pleases at his school.
