Second part from this recent meet is mostly taking place in an outdoor stair case. I think this clip contains some of the most impressive carries Elizabeth done! It's shoot with fixed camera as well as with onboard camera. Lifts/carries: Piggyback the man walking up and down the stairs. Squats, hip carry with squats, calf raises. Then Elizabeth does leg extensions sitting on a table, man sits on her feet and she kicks him up and down like he was nothing! Impressive and look at those quads! We finish off with the Grip strength meeter. Last time it was 92. Now... so much stronger and bigger muscles! Through out the video there is of course flexing and man gets to feel those solid muscles moving.
