Batgirl is preparing for another night of fighting crime. She laces up her boots, and just as she is strapping on her trusty utility belt, she is grabbed from behind and subdued by He gently lowers her into a chair and binds her hands and feet, taking this chance to fondle her in the process. When she comes around, he begins asking her questions, and threatening her with his latest toy - a ray that progressively makes her dumber. Batgirl pleads with not to use the ray on her, but he is determined to make her his stupid slave. He starts off in small doses, questioning her each time to check her progress. After several attempts, he realizes she no longer knows who she is, or that he is a villain. He tells her that if Batgirl finds her, she will be punished for dressing up as the caped cutie. He graciously helps get her undressed, leaving her in her tights and boots, and allowing her to keep on her mask. He gives her the ray, and tells her anytime she feels fuzzy-headed, she can dose herself to feel better. Batgirl is left a drooling naked idiot, wandering around with the ray to her head, making herself dumber with each pull of its trigger.
