Doctor Kat is implementing a new type of assistant in her Regression Therapy Clinic - Diaper Drones. Drones make the perfect nurses and nannies for Kat's clinic. They can't be reasoned or argued with as they carry out their tasks; methodically, inexorably and regressing even the most resistant of patients until they're turned back into helpless, diaper dependent, babies. No amount of begging, pleading, silly claims like "I don't belong here!", "I'm not a baby!", "I don't need diapers!", or anything else of the sort will stop the process of regression therapy, enforced feedings of medicated baby bottles and baby food, disciplinary spankings, positive-reinforcement-orgasms, constant supervision, and the endless chain of diaper changes.

Doctor Kat's first Diaper Drone is already functioning perfectly, and now all the good Doctor needs is one more Drone to ensure her next patients can be properly supervised and cared for. Which brings us to Cara. Poor, unfortunate Cara has been selected for the honor of being Doctor Kat's second Drone. Strapped to the exam table, Cara's final moments of free will are spent feeling frightened and confused as Doctor Kat and Diaper Drone #0110 efficiently submit her to the last diapering she'll ever attempt to resist.

Don't feel bad for Cara; once this is over and she's fitted with her shiny new mask, she won't mind at all.
