Daniela B. (56kg) lifts and carries a more than 20kg heavier guy. She was really curious for this lift and carry experience and she had fun, managed it very fine. Starting with piggyback games, a short upstairs test, then some kidding, spinning and jumping with him on her back. Later also a balance test on one leg and a deep squat test. Moreover she does frontlifts, over the shoulder and a very safe shoulderride, she even can run a few steps with him. So well done, Daniela. Thanks!
