Annabel Harvey has hired me to care for her while she is sick in bed. Doctors cannot figure out what is wrong with her, and they have tried every test and treatment in the books. I explain to her that it is kind of extreme and more than a little controversial but if she has tried everything else then it is time to think outside the box. She agrees with me, so I start by getting her nice and relaxed. Working the tightness out of her neck and jaw, making sure they are as loose as they can be. I go to stuff a pair of her panties in her mouth, but she hesitates at the idea. I patiently explain that I know it is not like any treatment she has ever received before, but it is supposed to be a miracle. Unfortunately, she has not been able to do her laundry in a while so they are not a clean pair, but she still wants to try. With the panties stuffed firmly in her mouth, I ask her how she is feeling but her words come out garbled around the panties. I take that as a good sign and continue with the treatment. I pull a pair of pantyhose down over her head to hold the panties in her mouth and ask her how she feels, and it sounds like she says, “I don’t know.” I shouldn’t be able to understand her that well for the treatment to work so I take the legs of the pantyhose and wrap it around her head over the gag. I ask her again how she feels, and she yells some non-sense I don’t understand but when I tell her she has to stay this way for a couple of days to make sure the treatment works her yelling increases. Since the treatment doesn’t seem to be helping at this stage, I decide to move on to step 2. I gently soothe her and lay her face down on the bed. Pulling her hands behind her back I bind her hands together with rope. She still seems to not respond to the treatment, so I commence to step 3 by tying her legs over her butt to her hands. She is yelling and squirming, but she is on a nice soft bed, so I am not worried. She just has to let the treatment work!
