[this episode picks up where Pop Patrol 3: Blondie's Revenge leaves off..]

Previously on Pop Patrol.. Black Balloon Girl (the commander of the Pop Patrol) sends one of her subordinates Bombshell in to investigate former P.P. member Blondie's lair and rescue Indigo, one of her favorite officers from the evil Blondie. Blondie is cunning and smart, she took over the former P.P. commanding office and rigged every twist and turn with traps that would POP any balloon girls who may try and investigate. After inadvertently popping Indigo with one of Blondie's traps, Bombshell is in a panic and realizes her chances of escape are slim.

In this episode we find out that Black Balloon Girl also sent Silver to rescue Indigo, after realizing Bombshell is not the brightest and would probably need back-up (best case scenario). Silver has direct orders from her commander to POP Bombshell should she fail her mission, and she was looking forward to her task when a shocking twist of events end up with dumb-dumb Bombshell all by herself.

Bombshell backs up into what appears to be a bathroom, into the corner of the shower where she thought she would be safe. Unfortunately Blondie's evil genius turned everything in the lair into a trap! Bombshell quickly realized she accidentally backed her ass into the exposed shower hose, and it became stuck inside her tight asshole! The flow of water starts, and it doesn't take long for Bombshell to realize that the unstoppable flow of water slowly expanding her belly bigger and bigger will end in her DOOM. Her belly creaks and groans as she struggles to contain all the water inside her without popping.. Will she survive or will she BURST?
