Police sirens wail as we see super villainess, Goddess Valora, captured and arrested by Gotham's own Batman, Miles Striker. She's furious that Batman has foiled her evil plans and has freed her foot slave. As Batman scolds this beautiful evil-doer, she swears her revenge on him and his city. Batman doesn't pay attention to the assumed empty threats and hauls Goddess Valora away to Arkham Asylum.

Our story takes place 3 months later after Goddess Valora has escaped and has made her way back to her evil lair in the dark streets of China Town. She is greeted by her loyal hench-woman, Terra Mizu. As Valora has a seat, Terra informs her that she's discovered the secret identity of Batman. Goddess Valora's evil brain starts to compose a plan to take down Batman once she's learned that he's really billionaire Bruce Wayne! Being a loyal foot servant, Terra starts to massage her leader's sore feet. She rubs oil onto Goddess Valora's mesmerizing feet and makes their super entrancing power even stronger!

As Valora wiggles and spreads her toes during this foot rub, Terra suggests that they get jobs undercover as secretaries at Wayne Enterprises. Goddess's soles wrinkle and flex as she laughs devilishly about the plan she's about to hatch to bring down the bat once and for all!
