I bring Dick into the medical facility where I am head nurse on a weekend to conduct some special reflexology tests while no one else is around. I explain to him that since his body is very sensitive, I will need to strap him down, and because I am his nurse, he trusts me and agrees. Once I have him secure, I tell him I must go sharpen my nails and I'll be right back. Unbeknownst to me, Stefania, our new office manager is in the building getting acquainted with the patient files. She stumbles on a nearly naked Dick strapped down to the table and begins to playfully tickle him! This is where the scene opens.

As Dick lay bound to my table and being tickled playfully by Stefania, I enter the room to get her to come with me so I can fill her in on my real intention of having him there. I let her know that what I really want to do is tickle Dick until he is.. ahem.. shall we say, no longer with us! Four hands tickle torment Dick, and no part of his ticklish body is left out!
