After a hard working day I come back home tired. I sit on a chair, crossing my legs and I want to read a book, but I think that's not enough. I need to relax myself and what is better than some good stretching? Nothing of course! I know perfectly which exercise are helpful: I start stretching slowly my back, leaning backward on the chair and moving your arms up and down overhead a lot: after the first stretches I feel immediately that my sweater lifts up/goes down showing/hiding my belly button...I can't do this at my office, but now I am free and I let that other exercises show my body. My feet need some stretching too: so I arch them, pointing and flexing toes with my leg crossed..sometimes I stand up and continue with other stretching poses...
