This is a true story of addiction because it comes from a real addict. I used to, before I began to smoke laughing to people who were addicts because an idea that something could have such power over you was a funny to me, but when I first tried cigarettes I fell in love with them immediately. I know that some people have side effects when they first smoke a cigarette, make them sick, or something, and I just felt fantastic. A little lightheaded, but that's exactly what I liked, and I wanted to feel like this for the rest of my life!
