Part 1: Outdoor neck contortion (5 mins). I am standing right next to some very tall tree looking up at it. Camera very briefly looks up at what I am looking at. While exposing my beautiful supple throat, I notice some slight tension in the back of my neck. After very briefly massaging my neck with my hands, I start doing contortionist neck stretches against the tree, hoping to make the tension go way. With my hand(s), I push my head/chin so far back that I can watch (much) of what is going behind my back, and not only up at the tall object. Varied camera work. First I lift my chin until I can see the top of the tall object. Then I tilt my head all the way back, showing off my superior range of motion. My neck now being completely tension-free and flexible, I let my head hang back for a little while; smile and close my eyes, as the camera zooms in from my whole upper body to just my head and arched neck.

Part 2: Yoga in a pretty green park (5 mins). I am sitting on a yoga mat (wearing matching clothes) in the crossed-legged, bound lotus position (baddha padmasana). Stretch my neck with all the usual variations. I look as relaxed and calm while I stretch to the limit. After 2,5 minutes, one of my female friends comes along and add to the stretching by pulling my chin and massage my throat. Varied camera work as always.
