I always think about how to push more vegetables, vitamins and minerals into Alanna because she refuses to eat vegetables. I remembered that Russian salad is the perfect dish for her because it is made from so many vegetables, but the problem is that Alanna does not want to eat it.
I put on my lilac rubber gloves and feeding can begin. I hold Alanna's nose with my left hand and hold a spoon in my right hand and push the Russian salad into Alanna's mouth. Alanna tries to resist, but without much success. I occasionally squeeze her cheeks and make her swallow the food. Watch how Alanna struggles and how I make her eat.
