Fifi lies nervously on the dental chair waiting for her big surgery. The dentist comes in to check up on her and notices that she's still uncomfortable, so he cranks up the running to her clear mask. "It should taste like bubblegum," Dr. Valentine tells her, and Fifi lets out a sweet giggle. He then tells the patient that he'll be back after he gets his tools, and that the nurse should be in to check up on her.

After a couple of minutes have passed, Ms. Kasady walks in to check up on Fifi. "I feel funny," Fifi says with glossy eyes, her words spaced out and trailing off. Unfortunately for Fifi, the nurse has other plans for her - revenge. Ms. Kasady is well aware of Fifi's appointment, and because Fifi is a former friend who used to tickle her so much that she would nearly pee herself, she has every intention of getting her back.

Ms. Kasady goes on to explain that the dentist requires the frightened patients to be bound just to make sure they're "safe." Since Fifi is he just smiles, nods, and agrees, unaware who the nurse really is. Once Fifi is bound and helpless, Ms. Kasady reveals herself, and there is nothing Fifi can do to get away.

The nurse immediately starts tickling Fifi everywhere, and Fifi bursts out into laughter. She begs Ms. Kasady to stop in-between breaths, but the nurse has no intention of doing so. To make matters worse for Fifi, the nurse turns up the even higher, making Fifi laugh harder and became even more disoriented.

Once Ms. Kasady has tickled Fifi everywhere, completely exhausting the patient, she turns the laughing all the way up, leaving Fifi to uncontrollable, loud laughter.
