Paris agrees to this deal they shake on it and get started.  They both get on the floor and place their elbows onto the the table.  They talk about which arm is their strong arm and decide to start with that!  Who will win?  Will Paris kick his ass and get free rent?  Or will the landlord win, and Paris will be paying 4 months of rent!
