The school is back in class and it's time to test the students on their multiplication lessons. I have devised an exercise whereby they must work as a group - 10 random questions from the multiplication tables are given to each student one at a time. But they must rely on their class mates to call out the correct answer. They have 3 seconds to answer and if they get the question wrong the student stood up will receive the correct answer in tawse strokes upon their hands.

We are joined by our remote learner angelica again and her strokes will be delivered the next time she is seen in person. It seems only kevin has any knowledge of his times tables - however perversely that means that it is he who will receive the most strokes - he has an injury to his left hand and that means the poor boy must receive all the strokes to his right hand - I can't say the teachers have much sympathy though given his slovenly appearance at the start of class and his cheekiness at writing rude messages on the board.

kevin is in fact such a know-it-all that he completely denies his fellow students the chance to reply - this will be dealt with severely the next time school is in session - all students will be given equal opportunity to shine at Miss Ruby's cruel school for boisterous brats!

The students receive hard strokes with all different tawse - the lochgelly is used along with a very nasty tawse that carries quite the sting, and an extremely thick and heavy tawse that strikes fear right the core.
