This was a custom request based on the following instructions:

Description: Elina comes home one day and steps on an entire country of a micro world. She looks down and sees smoke coming up from the floor and she kneels down to look closer and she can barely see a huge(to them) world of micro people with billions of residents. For size reference, one step can destroy an entire country and if she would sit on them it would destroy most of the entire world. She talks to them while casually destroying them (moving her foot causing earthquakes, using her finger to destroy millions of people at a time etc. whatever you guys can think of!) Elina then says that she can destroy them with one finger if she wanted to(while she talks down to them she can demonstrate), she sees that her breath is enough to destroy countries and cause tidal waves and she laughs which causes more destruction and she calls them dust, pathetic etc. and walks away. 

 
When she gets back the entire micro world tries to fight her and sends dust sized jets and tanks to go against her. She gets jets in her nose and your sneezes which wipes out countries and she can comment how her sneeze wiped out billions of them and that she destroyed their army without noticing. She then says that she doesn't like dustmites in her house and begin to stomp randomly destroying many countries. She also uses her clenched hand to destroy some more and then she sits on them and hops up and down to finish them off! 
 
There are no props to use all of the micro world is invisible (microscopic lol) I'd like her to be really cruel and uncaring to the microscopic world!
