This was a custom clip based on the following info:

'Storyline basically as follows.. guy (name used Steve if possible) has caught a very rare shrinking virus and has been getting routine check ups since he's first begun shrinking, the clip would start with him at the doctor's office perhaps in a waiting room setup, he's around 2 ft tall at this point and that's about the height I'd like the POV shot at if possible(like knee height maybe Abit taller), he gets called in by Dr. Nora (outfit would just be skirt, blouse, heels like I see in most her clips just with a white doctor's looking coat over it if possible and clipboard etc. to look official ) she has a very condescending tone towards the shrinking man and almost smirking as she calls him in for his checkup. POV shots of him looking her up and down as he walks into her office, she takes a seat at her big chair and has him sitting across from her in a small chair POV basically enough to where her dangling heels and legs are in view before him as she looks down on him commenting on how small he's gotten and how things aren't looking to good as the virus doesn't seem to be slowing down, finally she stands up, hands on hips staring down on him intensely for a bit, almost revelling in the new size difference as he was once taller than her when this all started.. she wants to measure and weigh him as she brings him over to the scales( official doctor's equipment doesn't necessarily have to be used just a basic scale height chart of some sort where she can mark him off) she has trouble holding back her laughter as she reveals his current height and weight to him being just barely 2ft tall and 30lbs. or so, commenting how she's seen small ones come in much bigger than him to further embarrass him and how she can't wait to see how much smaller he gets, raising her foot up high and showing him the sole of her shoe jokingly and saying how tempting it would be to step on him when he's down to like an inch tall.. finally she writes up a note for his next appointment and hands it to him, smirking and sending him off "good luck out there little guy, see you soon!" Looking down on him and closing the door behind him as the clip ends.'
