I was thinking of having Riley do a belly stuffing to the point where she’ll have a little belly. This’ll all be done off camera as I want her to have the full belly before filming. (Note: As requested, Riley ate a full tub of pasta and 3/4s of a large pizza. You can even buy the pasta eating part in out store. It's called 'Riley & Hannah Eating Pasta & Spaghetti')

For filming:

I’d like for Riley to be laying down, and have Hannah notice how big Riley’s belly is. Have her comment on the shape and size and have Riley tell her she just had a big meal. Then, I want Hannah to ask Riley is she can listen to her belly to see if she can hear any digestion sounds, I’d like her to use the stethoscope and her ear directly on Riley’s belly. For these parts let’s zoom in close we we can hopefully hear some loud rumbles and some close up shots of Riley’s belly button. Next have Hannah begin to lick and kiss all over the belly with focus on the belly button. Every now and then have Hannah stop and listen to Riley’s belly to see how it’s doing. While Hannah listens, have Riley talk about anything she may be feeling, like if she feels the rumbles in her belly or how full she is, to even if her belly button feeling like it’ll pop out.
