Kim Chi, who plays the client of a powerful lawyer (Tilly McReese), is surprised when the woman who represented her in court pays a visit. She explains that she's come to congratulate her on the win and to thank her for her business. Kim starts to smile and agree that it was a very joyous occasion for both of them. She thanks her lawyer profusely and begins to make small talk but is interrupted by Tilly.

"Now, there is the matter of settling up," Tilly says as she pulls a hefty notebook out of her briefcase and details all of the hours she's dedicated to the case, providing an itemised bill. Kim looks shocked. Of course she expected to have to pay, but over the past few weeks, she found herself hemorrhaging money. She put in extra hours in a desperate attempt to keep her business afloat. She sold her boat. The scandal caused by the very public lawsuit had caused her to lose a few clients of her own. She just needs more time.

She tries to explain this to Tilly but the lawyer makes it quite clear that Kim has no option but to pay right now. She doesn't offer a payment plan and there was no agreement made in terms of deferred payment. Kim needs to pay up. She frantically begs for an alternative but Tilly is tight lipped.

Then something in Tilly's expression suggests a chain of heart. Is her resolve weakening? Will she show mercy to her fellow businesswoman, or will she take advantage of the situation? A slight smirk appears on her face. She slides her foot up Kim's leg. One way or another she'll get what she wants, monetary or otherwise...
